A Story of Passion

The Gallery & Its Founder

Born from a deep love for contemporary art and the Sorrento Peninsula, Under the Arch is a space where creativity meets authentic local history.

Under the Arch Art Gallery was founded by Gianni Nunzet with a clear vision: to create an intimate sanctuary for art lovers in the heart of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi. The gallery takes its name from the historic stone arch that characterizes our space—a symbol of passage between tradition and modern artistic exploration.

We don’t just display art; we live it. Every piece in our collection is handpicked to reflect a contemporary vision that remains deeply rooted in the authentic beauty of our territory. Our mission is to provide a professional yet warm environment where art is accessible, personal, and profoundly connected to the soul of the Peninsula.

The live music brought such an incredible energy. The workshop was beautifully organized, and painting those iconic Italian film themes was inspiring and so much fun!
