By booking an experience, attending an event, or purchasing artwork through this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Payment

• Bookings for experiences and events are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us by email or WhatsApp — submitting the form alone does not guarantee your spot.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

4. During Your Visit

• Please arrive on time — late arrival may reduce your session length without a reduction in price.
• Materials and any refreshments described as complimentary in an experience listing are included in the price; anything beyond that (e.g. additional drinks, add-ons) may incur an extra charge, disclosed to you before you order it.
• Guests are responsible for their own belongings during a visit or session; the gallery is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where caused by our negligence.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or end a session early in cases of disruptive or unsafe behavior, without a refund.

5. Artwork Purchases

• Artwork inquiries submitted through this site are not binding sales — a sale is only final once payment is received and confirmed by us directly.
• Shipping, if offered, is arranged and charged separately, and delivery timeframes will be communicated directly at the time of sale.

6. Photography & Use of Images

Participation in painting and art experiences carries an inherent, low risk of minor incidents (e.g. paint on clothing, minor spills). By booking, you accept this risk. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under Italian law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

8. Intellectual Property

The artwork you create during a guided experience is yours to keep. Artwork displayed or sold through the gallery on behalf of resident or featured artists remains the intellectual property of the respective artist; reproducing, photographing for commercial use, or redistributing their work without permission is not permitted.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, or to submit false information through our booking or contact forms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [your local competent court, e.g. Naples].
