Virginia Corda (Buenos Aires, 1967) is a visual artist, painting professor, university lecturer, and art therapist. Her work explores personal mark-making, concept, and poetic gesture. Landscape is always present as a place of internal manifestation. She works with painting, drawing, intervened objects, embroidery, and textile expressions of her personal world. She investigates the shifting of the gaze and what is not visible at first glance, using different media such as painting, drawing, textile art, photography, video, graphic art, objects, installations, and performance. Since 2006, she has been part of various art groups and collective urban intervention projects in Argentina, Spain, and Brazil. She has also participated in the MOC (Museum of Contemporary Object) project and the RIO MEMORIA collective. The “Mundos” series, created in acrylic on paper, explores materiality through colour and the sphere as a primary image. The combination of form and colour generates spatial interactions that construct visual worlds, while drawing within painting creates a sense of pause. The same designs were transformed into limited-edition scarf prints, preserving the gestural quality, colour, and spirit of the work. #underthearch #artgallery #virginiacorda

Juliana Moura is a self-taught Italian-Brazilian artist that lives and works in Sorrento (Naples), Italy. Since the age of 11, she has studied drawing, oil painting, and various techniques. The turning point in her artistic identity occurred in 2022, when she immersed herself deeply in abstraction and the use of mixed media (texture paste, acrylics, oils). Her professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector has enriched her creative process with reflections on the body (matter), existence (the human psyche and spirit), and transcendence (the Divine), themes that inform her visual poetics. Since 2023, she has frequently participated in group exhibitions and held solo shows in Sorrento. In 2025, she won second prize for abstract painting at the VI Salerno Biennial of Contemporary Art with the work “Ricercarsi”, which was included in the BACS2025 catalog.
